    The Energetic Certificate aims to inform citizens about the thermal quality<\/b> of buildings, when building, selling, renting or promoting them.<\/p>\n

    The Certificate also presents the possible improvement measures to be implemented in terms of energy performance and thermal comfort, highlighting those with greater economic viability, which the owner can implement to reduce their energy costs and, simultaneously, improve the energy efficiency of the building.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
